	Maroubra Swimming Club Memorandum of Understanding
Updated 28 Jan 2010 Sponsors	Maroubra has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Randwick City Council that continues to strengthen our relationship with the Council. Significant features of our new MOU are that: We are the only club to be allowed to have designated notice and honour boards at DRAC; Maintain our Friday nights at a subsidised pool rate; Licenced to use the club room at requested time for no fee; Other swimming clubs affiliated to NSW swimming cannot hire use of the pool at more advantageous rate than Maroubra; and importantly, Randwick City Council commits to provide from time to time relevant qualified staff to attend variety of Maroubra activities –club nights, club meetings, swimming carnivals and other events deemed appropriate by management. In the General Manager's covering letter Mr Brownlee stated: “Council looks forward to working with Maroubra Swimming Club in the future to help support the development and promotion of swimming within the community.” You can read the full MoU here.
